Effective and last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of the hidden.help websites, account portal, launcher, desktop software and related AI service. By creating an account, purchasing access or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

hidden.help provides licensed digital access to desktop overlay software and an online AI service that answers user-submitted questions and screenshots. Internet access, a verified account, active access and a compatible computer are required. Check the published system requirements before purchasing. Compatibility can vary with operating-system updates, drivers and other software.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts and device authorization

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Customer sign-ins use email verification; administrators use additional authenticator verification. We may require reauthentication or device verification to protect an account.

Access is for one activated Windows device under the published plan rules. Do not share, resell or transfer account access without our permission. Hardware transfers are subject to the eligibility, frequency and administrator-approval conditions shown with your plan. Contact support if your device is lost, replaced or compromised.

Our Privacy Policy explains the account, device, security and AI-request information processed to provide the service.

3. Plans, prices and payment

Prices and the purchase currency are displayed before checkout. The final invoice or checkout shows the amount due, applicable discounts and any disclosed taxes or fees. Access is activated only after a valid payment is confirmed by the payment processor.

A monthly card subscription, when offered, costs $65 USD per month and automatically renews each calendar billing month until canceled. A displayed discount applies only to the first payment unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Monthly cryptocurrency access is prepaid for 30 days and renewed manually, with no automatic wallet charges. Lifetime access costs $600 USD once and has no scheduled subscription expiry, but remains subject to these terms and the continued availability of the service; it is not a promise that a particular AI model or third-party provider will be available forever.

Use only the payment methods displayed at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments must match the invoice’s exact asset, network, destination and amount. Network or exchange fees and confirmation times can vary. Do not send money to an expired invoice or send a second payment to correct an error without contacting support. Payment processors apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Any referral, discount or payout program is also subject to its published account rules, eligibility checks and anti-fraud review. Refunded or reversed transactions can reverse associated referral earnings. Participation does not guarantee earnings.

4. Digital delivery and activation

This is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped. Under normal conditions, access becomes available through your verified customer dashboard within minutes after the processor confirms payment. Cryptocurrency network confirmations, provider delays or security review can take longer.

Download the launcher from your customer dashboard and complete account and device authorization. If a confirmed payment has not activated access, contact support@hidden.help with your account email and order or invoice identifier. Never send your password, security code, card number or wallet recovery phrase.

5. Refunds, returns and cancellations

All sales are final except billing errors and refunds required by applicable law. This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, remedies for non-delivery or any other rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount or experienced another billing error, contact support@hidden.help or open a support ticket. Include your account email, order/invoice identifier and an explanation so we can verify and correct the error. Report confirmed payments that did not provide access through the same process.

We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, unused time or a failure to check the published system requirements, except where the law requires otherwise. Digital downloads have no physical return process.

Cancel future card subscription renewals through “Manage card billing” in your verified customer dashboard before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; it does not automatically refund that period. If you cannot access billing management, contact support before renewal. For prepaid crypto access, simply do not renew. Stopping use or uninstalling the app does not cancel a card subscription. Account closure requests should include cancellation of any active subscription and do not themselves create a refund entitlement for a valid purchase.

An approved or legally required refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or another agreed lawful method if necessary. Timing depends on the processor, payment network and any required verification. An accepted cryptocurrency transfer cannot simply be reversed by us; this does not remove a refund obligation imposed by law.

6. Acceptable use

Use the service only where you have permission and in compliance with applicable law and the rules of your employer, institution, assessment provider and other platforms. You are responsible for obtaining authorization to capture or submit screen content and for disclosing AI use where required.

  • Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, unauthorized access or surveillance, or to misrepresent work in breach of applicable assessment or professional rules.
  • Do not submit material you lack the right to process, including confidential or personal information belonging to others without authorization.
  • Do not bypass account or license authorization, abuse usage limits, interfere with the service, distribute malicious content or use stolen payment credentials.

7. AI responses, limits and availability

AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Independently verify important information. The service is not professional medical, legal or financial advice, and does not guarantee a particular outcome.

AI access is subject to capacity and usage limits, not unlimited use. Current standard account limits are up to 200 AI requests per day, six per minute and four images per request. Provider availability, request-size limits and security controls can also affect access. We may adjust limits prospectively to protect service capacity and will update material plan information as appropriate.

Updates, maintenance, internet interruptions and third-party failures can affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every program, invisibility in recordings or non-detection by other software. Nothing in these terms authorizes use prohibited by another party’s rules.

8. Software, submitted content and third-party services

Subject to your paid access and these terms, we permit you to use the hosted service and supplied software for your authorized account. Software components may carry separate open-source or third-party licenses, which remain applicable. These terms do not take away rights granted by those licenses.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize us and the service providers used for a request to process it as needed to deliver, secure and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use an AI response.

External websites, video embeds and payment or AI providers have their own terms and policies. We do not control their services or guarantee their availability.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, a revoked or expired license, suspected account compromise, fraud, service abuse, a material breach of these terms or a legal requirement. Contact support to ask for review or assistance. Any suspension or termination remains subject to applicable law and non-waivable refund or consumer rights.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure through support. Some transaction, security and legal records may need to be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not exclude any warranty or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, hidden.help is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or loss of data arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid hidden.help during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct or other non-waivable obligations. If applicable law gives you greater protection, that law controls.

11. Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these terms for future use as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be shown above, and additional notice will be given when required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued or override mandatory consumer protections.

The service is operated from the United States. These terms do not displace mandatory protections under laws that apply to you. If you have a dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it; this does not limit your right to use a legally available remedy.

For support, billing errors, refund requests or questions about these terms, contact hidden.help, United States, at support@hidden.help or use your customer dashboard’s support-ticket system.
